At Świderski Carpentry Centrum we offer a fully finished, three-layer, spray-applied, water-based, microporous finishing system

Careful preparation

The microporous finish allows the wood to „breathe”. The wood moisture content of our products ranges from 12 to 18% and our sections are regularly checked at the factory to ensure this level is maintained during production. Once our windows and doors are delivered and installed, they are subject to constant climate change. When the air is very humid, the wood gains moisture, and when it is very dry, the wood releases moisture, hence the term „breathing”. The microporous system allows the wood to do this without damaging the surface coating.
The entire timber frame is carefully prepared for painting by state- of-the-art machinery before a preliminary primer and two top finishing coats. At this stage we pay the utmost attention to detail to achieve a perfect finish. Our products can be finished in various paint colors or other surface coverings. In addition, we can offer a 'double finish’ where different colors are desired internally and externally, or a 'mixed finish’ where it is specified that the frames contrast with the sashes.

Unique styles

Thanks to our unconventional nature of production, you can decide on every detail, from color through fittings, hinges, locks to the type of glass installed.
We use a dry system, internally glazed, drained and ventilated.
All double or triple glazed units have a 13mm cover, 18mm rebate, leaving a 5mm air space around the unit. This space is ventilated to allow air drainage and flow to the highest technical standards.
Glazing ribbons are stored at the appropriate temperature and the glass is thoroughly cleaned before glazing.
In our projects, in addition to standard solutions, you will also find carved elements (often hand-made artistic work on individual orders), mechanical decorations, crystal glass and colorful stained glass windows.
